Many people who self-identify as non-binary gender, people whose sexual or attachment objects are non-binary gender, and people who engage in unconventional sexual practices choose to use the term pansexual to describe their identity . Compared to sexual orientations such as homosexuality, heterosexuality and bisexuality, pansexuality is less visible and easily overlooked in sexual minority communities .
